1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales, transactions, and services provided by GN DESIGN (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with GN DESIGN, the customer (“you” or “the Client”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

GN DESIGN specializes in the supply of high-quality A4 copy paper. Product specifications, including brightness, weight (GSM), and packaging, are provided in good faith. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in color, weight, or packaging may occur.

3. Orders

All orders must be placed in writing via email, phone confirmation, or official purchase order.
Orders are subject to availability of stock.
GN DESIGN reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in Euro (€) unless otherwise agreed.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms are agreed at the time of order confirmation. Unless specified, payment must be made in advance before shipment.
We accept bank transfers and other agreed payment methods.

5. Shipping & Delivery

GN DESIGN offers worldwide shipping.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, logistics, or other unforeseen delays.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the Client once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Incorrect details may result in delays or additional costs.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, the Client is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.
GN DESIGN shall not be liable for delays caused by customs or government regulations.

7. Returns & Complaints

Any complaints regarding product quality or delivery must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Returned goods will only be accepted if pre-approved by GN DESIGN and must be in original, unopened packaging.
Refunds or replacements are issued at the discretion of the Company.

8. Liability

GN DESIGN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

9. Force Majeure

GN DESIGN shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government actions, or pandemics.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, packaging designs, and promotional materials provided by GN DESIGN remain the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

12. Amendments

GN DESIGN reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be made available upon request or on our official communications.
